Hi guys. Little about me. Male 35. Currently sitting at 187 pounds 5’7”. 32” jeans wearing large shirts. Since 2022 I’ve lost a total of 128 pounds. 100 of that strictly through diet and exercise. Last 28 came from retatrutide. I do 6mg a week of that.
Considering starting test cycle of 300-500mg a week of testosterone E depending on what my blood work says. Still waiting in baseline results for total T and free T but cholesterol and triglycerides all checked out. Hematocrit was also good at 43.9. I have zero experience with PEDs. Also my body fat is probably a bit high still. Hard to tell with the loose skin. I’ll attach some pictures. Current max bench is 290 squat 350.
Ultimate goal would be to continue cutting with Reta and try to get some lean gains.
Honestly you don’t have a good baseline yet for AAS use. IMO I would wait until I was off the GLP drugs and reached my peak natural physique. If you want to YOLO it then yes 300-500mg long ester Test per week is the way to go for most. Plan your PCT and have on hand before you start.
Thanks for the advice. And I’m still back and forth with that as well. I need to lean down a bit more I think. Get my diet locked in and then go from there. I obviously don’t compete and don’t plan to so test would be the only thing I would want to try if I ever did go the AAS route.

I’m with @blshaw here. Max out natty gains and get your body comp in a better place before touching drugs. I didn’t do my first cycle until Almost 40. You’ve got plenty of time.
Well results came in. I’m at 583 total and 63 free. Little low on the free but I’m a pretty strict calorie restriction ao my free is in the low normal range I guess. I’m going to try to cut down a little more before considering a cycle. The weight is falling off with Reta and I’m trying my hardest to keep protein up around 180g-200g a day.
This is only 800cals. You should have no issue getting this and more in unless your taking too much retatrutide and can’t eat. If that’s the case I woul dback off a bit so you can get food in. Fast weight loss is not usually good/sustainable weight loss. How many mg/week are you taking and for how long have you been on it?
So I’m taking 6mg a week spit into 2 injections. I lost 100 pounds and maintained but found Reta and dropped another 30 probably a little too fast. The 6 seems pretty good but I neglected my diet. So far this week I’ve been really conscious of my protein intake unlike before when I was only worried about calories.
How long have you been on 6mg? That is a lot. Where did you start? I would feel like crap every time i put food in my mouth.
What are your current cals at? Your prob 20%bf which would put lean body mass at around 150lbs. 200g of protien is good for that LBM.What do the rest of the macros look like?

Protien 1.25xlbm=188g(750cals)
Fat .3xlbm = 45g (405cals)
Carbs= fill in to get to your calorie goal for the day.
If you are under 1600-1700casl/day that is a problem. Not good for hormone production. Same if your fats are much lower then i’ve laid out.
The problem with long term diet is you run out of room to safely drop cals. Start a training/diet log in the “training logs” section and tag me. Let’smake sure you are successful in your goals.
