I’ve been looking to heal up from knee pain that is progressing and have been looking at BPC157 5mg & TB500 5mg over the past few days. I’m using a small phone screen to research & doing it between breaks during a 12-hour shift so it’s a bit difficult to search through all the forums. Got a bit of info overload . Any help to my questions below would be helpful. Please send me any links you think are useful to starting.
General Questions:
- For 500mcg dose per day which seems to be the recommended starting dose, I take it I get 10 days worth (5mg/5000mcg vial) provided I add XX ml of bact water. That water dosage which I take is on a chart somewhere on most sellers’ website.
So is it 500mcg BPC157 & 500mcg TB500 injected each day… 5mg per week for each?
- Injecting into belly seems manageable. I’ve been looking to see where around my knee I can inject. I have very little loose skin to pinch so it appears the sites are the lower ham/back of knee or the “tear drop”… it’s directly into the muscle & that seems painful. Not sure if anyone has any techniques? Or is belly fine as the compounds will do their thing.
Cycle:
- 5 days on/2 days off seems to be the recommendation with about a 7-8 max week cycle. Or is there protocol to reduce the number of injections but still get effectiveness?
If I don’t feel improvement say within 2-3 weeks or so, do I bump up dosage? If yes, to what?
Needle size:
- Not sure what size is ideal.
Administering it:
- Due to work schedule and time crunch, I realistically can only inject once per day during a 6-day work week- at end of day/bedtime. I take its better to inject prior to sleep/repair cycle?
- Are there lingering effects (feeling tired, etc) past injection time. Meaning, I am up at 4:30am & need to be out the door by 5:30am. Do I need to time the injection so that any “weird” effects are not felt the next morning?
Can I use the same needle for BPC & TB shot?
Storage:
-Do I need store the power vial in fridge or just someplace dark?
-Once vial is reconstituted, I assume it goes in the fridge.
-Do I need to wrap foil or something to protect the liquid from light as much as possible?
You never actually mentioned what your issue is. If it’s more than a soft tissue or inflammation thing you may be out of luck here. Should really get a diagnosis prior to spending money.
This is the correct protocol
BPC157-500mcg/day. Can split into (2) 250mcg shots but I never have.
TB500-5mg/wk taken 1x per week
BPC is systemic so you can inject in the belly
TB is better injected at the site. Grab some skin right under the kneecap and use a slin pin.
No, see above
I plan to run it for 6 weeks. You should feel some relief after 2 weeks ir so. If not go to 8 weeks. If not starting to feel better by 4-5 weeks extend to 10 weeks at same dose. I have never had to go to 10 weeks. Either injury has resolved or get imaging.
No
Yes but until your experienced just do 2 separate shots.
It only needs to be kept cold after reconstitution. When it’s in powder form I still keep in the fridge but a dark/cool place is fine.
Yes, it need to remain cold or it will degrade quickly.
No, just in the fridge is fine unless the light is always on for some reason.
Wife is going to try the TB to help with surgery on her elbow. I see 5mg once a week is recommended. Would two shots per week of 2.5 be fine as well? She’s worried about ao much in one injection.
I have used BPC157 and TB500 twice, once for my shoulder and then for my tricep tendon.
Its brilliant stuff and works wonders, before I was introduced to these peptides my should had been bad for a while and I had just started to work around the pain. These peptides healed my shoulder within 5 wks and my elbow in 3 maybe 4 tops.
I administered them separately with on site injections. For my shoulder I went front, middle then rear delt. Tricep I did, the tricep and then the forearm. I did a shot of each every day for 7 days then went to every second day there on.
In response to needle size, I used a yellow 30 gauge needle.
