First time poster, 40years old, very active BMI 26.
I went and got full bloods done with randox 2nd test has shown that
My weight is down. But things like my
Shbg is up, I have been stressed and training hard in terms of cardio mood has been terrible and anxiety is not best overall don’t feel like old me and feel crap and just don’t know what to do.
Results :
SHGB 86.61 up from 49.7
Free testosterone 0.264 was 0.419
Testosterone 24.531 was 24.8
Prolaction 110 was 211
Luteinsing hormone 3.5 was 5.7

High blood pressure 132mmhg
LdL cholesterol 3.43 (high)
HDL cholesterol 1.42 (low)

Maybe it’s time to talk to an endo.
At some point you felt “good.” Your cardio training was not as hard as it is now. And your 1st blood test showed decent numbers.
When was that? What were your training and diet like? How much cardio were you doing?
Then you started training more intensely, and lost some weight and feel like shit. What have your training and diet been like leading up to these problems? How long did you train in this “hard” style before you felt bad?
Basically, do you have a mysterious hormone problem? Or you been doing dumb shit like tons of training in a huge caloric deficit for or avoiding fats for weeks and weeks?
