350mg test cycle guidance

I’m due to start 350mg Test E cycle in month or so projecting for 16 weeks.

aim of cycle is add as much muscle minimal fat

What should my expectations be for this cycle gains wise? Not at my natural limit for background

if I decided to PCT how long for hormones to come back to normal levels roughly?

How bad on hair will this be? Worth taking finestride etc?

could I add anavar in last 4-6 weeks for a little re comp?

If you’re truly above you’re natural limit, 350mg of testosterone will likely give you a small boost. I wouldn’t have huge expectations from this cycle, but then again, it all depends on your goals and where you are currently at.

Nah I’m saying I’m not there yet.

Just thought I’d give some background if done bulks and cuts here and there but defo more room naturally. Yes I should stay that way squeeze more out naturally but I’m not. Just thought I’d mentioned it as someone always has something to say about that

Nobody can tell you this. It’s all based on genetics, diet and training. If your not at your limit you are pretty much going to be renting muscle. You need to have a solid base.

Again, this depends on many factors including age.

On just test you should have no issues unless you are prone to MPB.
Personally I would not touch finasteride.

Yes you can add anavar at the end but not sure why you would use the term recomp here. Your in a growth phase. Recomp is to strip away a bit of fat you’ve put on over a bulk period. AAS do not burn fat so the benefit of an oral here would be to push harder later in the cycle when lifts stall.

This makes no difference. We are all individuals that have different genetic, train and eat differently. You need to remember that AAS are only a small part of the equation here. Foof and heavy weight are what is going to make you grow.

I heard / read the opposite that you’ll keep hold of some of the gains post cycle if you continue to eat train and rest well.

I’m not expecting miracles as it’s a very low dose in grand scheme of things.

Relating to PCT duration I’m 28 years old and fairly healthy to the best of my knowledge.

initial plan is to PCT however I’m weighing up on dropping to TRT until bloods ok and go again if I want to. Only confusion here / worry is longer term sides such as fertility etc and how long it takes for a full recovery at this point.
I’ll be dialing my diet in for cycle 90% whole foods eating in a very slight bulk and pushing calories higher when needed.

I’ve heard this a ton of times. I don;t assume. I don’t think most people out there really know how to train and eat or what it means to have those things dialed in. You didn’t really give much info so very hard to comment.

If you have a solid base you can. If you don’t you are renting muscle. You will blow up when on cycle and deflate when off.

350mg/wk is not really a low dose. You are going to be at the point where you will prob need an AI.

Do you have bloodwork to show? If your walking around with 800+ test values in your blood I would not mess with your hormones. Chances of getting that back post cycle are a crap shoot.

I would get bloods prior to making any decision about this cycle, PCT or TRT. The longer you are on the harder it is to recover and the more compromised fertility will be. At 26yo not sure i’d be messing around especially after you admitted you’ve not reached genetic potential.

Post a physique pic and talk about your S/B/D lifts.
