Expert Review for the Best Whey Protein powder : Gold Standard vs Dymatize:

I found whey protein powder for muscle recovery and better workout results. After reading some experts reviews, I choose two popular options:
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Powder
Dymatize ISO100 Whey Protein Powder Isolate
For those who have tried these, what is your best recommendation?
I am looking for something with great taste, easy mixability, and effective results. Which one would you choose and why?

Why not some Metabolic Drive instead? Considering this is a Biotest website…

I don’t have any recent experiences with either, but Metabolic Drive ticks all of these boxes.

I’m going to go to the Lexus website and ask which Hyundai I should buy.

Almost $70 for 2 lbs?

Love the flavor but realistically speaking….it’s almost $70 for 2 pounds. Cost prohibitive unfortunately

Whey protein is like creatine now. It is all works.

It is the same. Get the cheaper one.

I enjoy how the increased cost means decreased heavy metals.

The stuff I put in my body is not where I want to cut costs.

Everyone has their own supplement budget. I get it. I really do.

But I’d be remiss in not mentioning a product I believe in and have used for many, many years. Especially, when buying four at a time - if you can - with the 15% off discount for orders over $250 knocks the individual price down to $56 (and free shipping).

Plus, if you sign up for the Loyal-T program, you earn points with each order that can be used for discounts, as well.

Neither will compare to Metabolic Drive. Not in taste, mix ability, or results.

Wasn’t aware of that… I raaaaarely use powder anyway. Been doin 30 liver / beef albumin tabs a day

The chocolate is very good. Many other companies are too, though, at a fraction of the cost.

I just eat beef liver, rather than take the tablets. I’m no longer taking Velocity Diet levels of Metabolic Drive, but these days I still have 1 scoop of it right before bed. Keeps me satiated through the night and ready to train first thing in the morning.

Im not a fan of liver. there’s a company called Ancenstral something or other that blends organs into their ground beef but it’s like $14 a pound and im around 2 pounds a day of beef already

I haven’t found being a fan of it necessary to eat it. I’m not a fan of the taste of creatine either, but I take it.

Try it in a blender with Apple juice

I feel as though you didn’t understand what I just wrote…

I. Was. Joking.

Mike Matarazzo would blend tuna in apple juice in a blender then drink it

Ah.

I like the kind of jokes where you have to explain the punchline
