Tip: The Frog Jump

Part of Neural Charge Training, the frog jump involves the glutes and hamstrings, whereas a vertical jump is more pure quads.

  1. Use a slightly toes-out position.
  2. Squat down all the way to the floor, touching the floor at the bottom.
  3. Jump up as high as possible.

With this neural charge jump, use arm drive to get more height.

The frog jump is part of Neural Charge Training, which has several benefits:

  • Increases insulin sensitivity
  • Stimulates the release of anabolic hormones
  • Loads more nutrients into the muscle cell
  • Jumpstarts recovery
  • Enhances work capacity
  • Stimulates further growth
  • Prepares the body for the next workout
