For muscle growth, it's hard to beat time-tested drop sets. The idea is simple: Train to failure or right at failure, then reduce the weight so you can keep going.
If you have good training partners, try this intensity technique on the hack squat machine. And if you really want to ramp it up, add partial reps on the last drop.
