Tip: Prone Incline Dumbbell Curl

Keep the tension on your biceps high even at the top end-range with this exercise.

The problem with regular standing curls is that there's very little tension at the top of the range of motion.

To get around this, there are a number of ways you can rig up bands and do all sorts of crazy stuff, but a good old school way to build strength at the top end range is by using prone incline dumbbell curls.

Focus on squeezing the dumbbbells together at the top.
