Tip: Press Outs for Abs

This variation of the ab rollout is intense because you spend more time in the toughest part of the movement.

Press outs are challenging because you're forced to maintain a neutral lumbo-pelvic position while remaining in the most intense position throughout the entire set. This keeps a lot of tension on the abs and requires good shoulder functionality.
