Tip: Inverted Row Burnout Set

Add some weight and rest-pause style reps to your inverted rows to make this so-called sissy exercise into a real back builder.

Inverted rows, also called "fat man pull-ups," are a great alternative to barbell rows, especially if you're lower back is acting up. After going heavier, I like to end with a higher-rep burnout set, which is something I wouldn't recommend with free-weight barbell rows due to safety concerns for the lower back.
