Tip: Heavy Renegade Row

Test your strength and stability by trying these with bodyweight. Example: A 200 pound man should be able to use a 100 pound dumbbell in each hand.

When done correctly, renegade rows require a combo of back strength, core stability, anti-rotation, shoulder stability, lumbo pelvic control, and hip stability. They eliminate the ability to use excessive momentum, rotation, and low back thrusting commonly seen with other rowing exercises.
