adamhart22: Congrats! Couple Qs... you don't hold your air. Is that typical of your 1RM attempts too or just because you were going for 10 this time? What do you weigh? I hit 405 last week at 174 (lift in 165 class) and I can't imagine smoking that for 10 anytime soon. Impressive work, thanks!

Wil Fleming: @flightposite: I don't know that I can say this complex is for you, but if we are looking at working on your weaknesses maybe something along the lines of a clean, front squat x 3-5, jerk combo. Accomodating "closely" your weak lift but challenging your strong ones.
