I too am doing some lurking. I'm supersetting that with some creeping and some looking around furtively. I'd thought about doing some looming but I don't think I have the lever lengths for it -that is really more of a tall man's way to wait.

@Todd: Truth1ness talked about the construction of the spine compared to other joints, not muscle fibers. Are you saying abdominal muscles work differently from other muscles? Or that static training will lead to the same amount of hypertrophy (not strength) as dynamic training?

Any recommendations for elbow tendonitis? I seems to be the worst when in elbow flexion, like pull ups and rows. I hit heavy deads yesterday and it did not seem to be irritated, but have been skipping the high volume pull ups and horizontal rows I normally do on my pressing days of 531.
