Long-Term Strategies for Indigo-3G Usage
We recommend that Indigo-3G users take the full dose (12 capsules per day) for 6 to 12 weeks. Those who have always had issues with easy fat gain, sluggish muscle gains, and problems with carbs should choose the 10-12 week route since they probably have more fat cell issues that need fixing.
After that initial cycle, you can use only 4-6 capsules per day, taken before your workout nutrition regimen or before your biggest, carbiest meal of the day, probably your evening meal.
But what about after that?
Well, many Indigo-3G users continue with the long-term strategy of taking at least 4 capsules per day. Many also notice that with their nutrient uptake mechanisms "repaired," they no longer need Indigo on a daily basis. Here are some options for those folks:
1) Take 6 capsules of Indigo-3G only on cheat or re-feed days, where your carbs and overall calories are greatly increased.
2) Use full-dose Indigo-3G only during "bulking" phases of your diet. Many competitive bodybuilders have had great success using Indigo after their contests to prevent unwanted fat rebound and to use the new influx of calories to build muscle instead of being stored as body fat.
3) Only take Indigo-3G during periods of very-intense training cycles, such as two-a-days.
Remember, these options are only recommended for those who've already completed a 6-12 week, full-dose cycle of Indigo.
