sebaco2011, I don't have an exact answer for you, but that would probably work fairly well - like just about anything. When you break it up each day, however, you can get more volume in the one area. For example, you can get a full day of higher-intensity, a full-day of lower-intensity, etc. Over the long haul, the volume may be very beneficial rather than only 2-3 sets per day in each rep range.
Jim Kielbaso:
ramadano, I always suggest looking into yourself so you can examine the results, but since you asked, it was a combination of strength, MVC and cross-sectional area. Because it was a 10-week study, all of the changes and differences were fairly small. There are no "amazing results" programs, but the differences were significant which means they are worth considering. Most people want to maximize their time/effort, so this is one way.

Louie, don't need if you're actually reading it, but I'd love an actual response to the thoughtful lifters who have challenged Westside dogma and gotten stronger as a result, rather than bragging about how your geared lifters have achieved things in geared lifting while ignoring the fact that you don't have a single guy in the top ten all time raw lifters.
