Thanks Will Im a big fan of your articles. I am going to give your recommendation a try until I can become more proficient with my technique. As I have a lot of trouble getting underneath the bar.
Wil Fleming:
@BenBruno: Thanks man!
Wil Fleming:
@flightposite: I don't know that I can say this complex is for you, but if we are looking at working on your weaknesses maybe something along the lines of a clean, front squat x 3-5, jerk combo. Accomodating "closely" your weak lift but challenging your strong ones.
Wil Fleming:
@barachiel: Let me know how it goes with your client!
Wil Fleming:
@jppage and @MikeTheBear Glad you like the info. Let me know if you guys need anything.
flightposite:
What if you have a pretty big strength descrepincy? I can't clean over 225 but I can front squat well over 315. Does it become less benifital if I'm not able to stimulate my legs with a heavy load due to the fact my clean is kinda lame.
