orka - play around with it - the main thing with that movement is that you duck your head and let your lats pull uncomfortably...stretch them...then do the row...some machines make this easier than other due to the length of the cable,etc..

jch - that makes no sense..lol..sounds like I got to typing fast and typoed...I believe what I was trying to see was that you have to train hard enough (and smart enough) to break down muscle fiber and require an adaptation in order to get better. This gets harder and harder as you get more advanced..
