Asian Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 bag of pre-shredded coleslaw blend (cabbage and carrots)
1 green onion,
sliced
2 teaspoons of cilantro
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon of fresh grated gingerroot
2 tablespoons of Splenda
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce1 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions
In a big bowl, toss coleslaw blend with green onion and cilantro. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, ginger, lime juice, Splenda, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Pour over coleslaw mixture, toss, and serve.
