@ixnay_99 - it depends. I have monster mini, light, average, strong, and monster bands. You can get them from Elitefts or Sorinex. I use the bigger bands for band hip thrusts, band seated rows, and band good mornings, the medium bands for band leg curls, band tricep ext, and band dips (and assisted chins and band hip thrusts with clients), and the lighter bands for band back extensions, band face pulls, and band no moneys.
