dbickley, flax is the only one of these that has only a moderate percentage of LA, at 14%. The others are from about 40-60%. That said, it's the percentage of the total intake of the day that matters. Let's say, to have convenient numbers, that total fat intake is 100 grams of low LA fats such as around 3%, which makes 3 grams of LA, and there's a tablespoon's worth of an oil that's say 50% LA, or about 7 grams of LA. Total would be 10 grams LA out of 107 grams, or just under 10%, which is good.
