I have been reading some of the PC logs. They have really got me going. I am starting the Velocity Diet tomorrow. I started training again this december, after taking a year off.

I am 28, 6ft, 250, 31% BF.

My upper and lower calorie range is:1714 Low, and 2057 High
On workout days my intake will be as follows:
Protien: 299
Carbs: 38
Fat: 71
Calories:2010

On off days my intake will be as follows:
Protien: 259
Carbs: 25
Fat: 52
Calories:1780

My short term goal is to be around 210, 14-15% BF
Long term goal is to be around 10% BF

Any Tips or comments would be helpful.
I will update this on a daily basis with both how it is going and updated stats.

Had a good workout today. then i enjoyed the Giants win. Finished my last shake a few minutes ago. now gonna watch some tv, and get ready for day 2.

It has already started to rain here, and its supposed to change over to snow at some point tonight. I love snow, so it will make for a fun walk in the morning.

Today is going well. seemed to do my walk faster today then the past two days. Shakes are going well. The HOT-ROX really seems to take care of the hunger. a few more shakes, then a night walk, then finale shake then bed.

Getting an early start to the gym today. i have a business holiday party tonight. I enjoy seeing the people there, but i know the spread of food is great. i plan on having a shake right before leaving for the event, and not staying at the event too long. i will also bring an extra shake with me just in case. im not going to break.

Man, I know how that is, it's hard as hell to stay strong in those circumstances and not give in. You should be pretty damn proud of yourself!

Was tired last night passed out early. feeling kinda tired today as well. had my weakly solid meal today. had grilled chicken over romain lettace, with olive oil and crushed red pepper. was tastey. but it was a business lunch and i didnt choose the resturant. they choose one of my favorite coal oven pizza places. Pizza is my biggest weakness.

i had to sit at the table with a delicous pie right in my face the whole time while i ate my salad. i just put my head down and ate my greeens and grilled chicken. two days, two tests and i passed em both.

Yup - first week will be high - 7 pounds is good. A lot of water and glycogen weight lost, and some fat too. The next weeks the number will likely be much lower as you shed just fat.

How come you are hitting the gym *and* doing your NEPA walk on the same day?

Congrats on week 1 - it's a major milestone!
