Christian Thibaudeau: @ Dave... they have the bip test to evaluate max VO2 then a TAP test which is a circuit where you crawl, climb over a wall, and other fun stuff, 6x as fast as possible, then have to aim a gun at a target and keep it there for 30 seconds. The same tests she did for the academy, so it should be fine.

Chris Shugart: @Lonnie: That's part of it, for sure. Same with Paleo. Problem is, those plans threw the baby out with the bathwater. It wasn't "all grains" that were the issue, but rather wheat (and junk sugars of course.)

Going wheat-free is probably easiest "parent advice" one can give to those not into nutrition geekery: simple, pretty painless with all the new products out there, works very well, and takes care of multiple issues, from food choice to getting rid of cravings and many overeating issues.

Christian Thibaudeau: @ Lonnie... I had a lot of the answers but not the complete thing. The last piece of the puzzle was found last week and I feel confident that the structure explained above will produce record gains in muscle mass.

Christian Thibaudeau: @Anthony .... with deadlifting I would actually recommend calves between sets pump

Christian Thibaudeau: @ lonnie... the key is doing pumping work for a physiological reason and understanding how to layer in pump and HT work to maximize the growth process.

Christian Thibaudeau: @ TRU76... not sure... I only used it 3 times so far.It does seem to pull water into the muscle though.

Christian Thibaudeau: Pre-pump (load) / High threshold (mechanical stimulus) / Pump (growth factors and recovery) / speed work (fast twitch hypertrophy) / pump (growth factors and recovery due to flow of nutrients)

Christian Thibaudeau: yes it will, that is why I still have high threshold and speed work in there

Darkane: @Dave-g yeah thought so. I still want to see the BCII vids, I feel I'm missing out on a lot of good info! Mind you reading up on these labs daily is insane amount of info. Just awesome

dave-g: @Darkane - nope, the reactive pump stuff is recent stuff that CT has been writing about. BCII had a different focus.

Darkane: @CS What are your thoughts on Alkaline vs Acidic blood (If you've read up on that kind of stuff). Example eating upwards of 2-3lbs of veg a day to counter the proteins

dave-g: @darkane - I expect that it will still be useful for the non-Indigo user provided the peri-workout Anaconda is there.
