I-bomb: I'm not 100% sure but Justin may have gotten those muscle gains from CT's system and now while he's dieting down he's working with Shelby Starnes (who's training is much like Meadows' Mountain Dog style). Justin is looking dang good for sure though, whichever system(s) he has been using!
R Fisher:
Louie does what Louie does, and he's the best in the world at it. What the hell is the point of asking him about other stuff? I won't go asking my mechanic about knee surgery.
Barachiel:
@Will - That's what I was thinking, but I wanted to double check. I only have a few client who are sound enough to really hit the O-lift variations. And I have a female client who is going to love this idea. Thanks again
jppage:
Ya Mike haha I'm the same way with the emails, ton's of good info.
MikeTheBear:
If that really is 200 then even more impressive.
MikeTheBear:
@jppage: I'm signed up to receive emails when Wil posts something new on his blog. Whenever I see a wilfleming.com email I actually get a little excited. That either makes me an Olympic lifting geek or a really pathetic individual with no friends. Both are true. BTW, Shankle's best lifetime C&J was 210 (I believe he recently injured his back so he is not up to that at the moment). In kilos, 408 is 185, so he's using 88-90% of his best C&J for the complex. So 90% is something to shoot for.
