I have thin wrists and small hands (which I hate) and also have a small chin. I guess I'm somewhat ecto, but do have wide shoulders and slow metabolism. I never heard the chin thing before. I wonder if ectomorphs are those with less growth homrone in their systems? GH does seem to make hands and chin grow.
Kasey Esser:
@Id13- Focus on keeping the chest up and maintaining a slight arch in the low-back. This should aid in getting those shoulders down and back. It becomes more of a must as you work up in weight. Ideally, you could have someone give you a lift-off.
Kasey Esser:
@StevenF- glad to hear!

I wish I could describe to you how excited I am to try tonight the band-resisted RDL. This looks awesome.

Gday mates :)
Id13:
Would also like to ask about proper form for the floor press. Whenever I have done it, it seems difficult to keep the shoulders "packed" throughout the movement. I would assume this is a must though, no?
