I was about to encourage you to eat breakfast, then caught that part about being a type 1 diabetic and your unique issue there. So, the best option would be to look for some more later-in-the-day carb sources, maybe working in some of the foods we talk about in the Basic Carb Guide linked above. That'll get you some variety as well give you something to rotate with the oatmeal. Some gluten-free pasta would make it easy to bump

Chris Shugart: @ryan: In short, you want to lift with Indigo in your system and boosted insulin from carbs. I don't think that generic low-carb protein you push is doing that, and I don't think the carbs you ate the day before are doing you much good 20+ hours later. I'm glad you're liking your results, but your method is not optimal for most Indigo users and goes against what Tim Patterson and the scientists behind Indigo recommend. Keep it up if your satisfied with your results, but please don't encourage

Lee Boyce: @tyciol: I just read your part about crunches. I maintain that they promote kyphotic posture and shouldn't be held as pinnacle exercises for abdominal training. Remember, those tips were added to the article for the lifter who is presently suffering from kyphotic spine curvature while performing the deadlift. This means there's a clear issue with muscle balance, not a potential one. Again, I maintain that if you're that person, you should review your anterior core training approaches and ditch

I'm IF at the mo (175lbs about 12-13%BF aiming for about 10%) I have access to a gym at school (teacher in international school in Bangkok) and train weights weekdays at around 12pm, so could sprint later in the day on the treadmill. I would really appreciate a little guidance about diet if possible while doing the sprint prog + 2-3 weight sessions in circuit fashion as you suggest? Mainly carbs cycling advice. I appreciate that your a busy dude....
